Bank Support Worker (Self-Employed) - 6-Month Contract

Up to 35 hours per week

Aspect Housing LTD is a Birmingham-based Support Services Provider dedicated to empowering vulnerable adults through high-quality supported living. We work closely with Supported Housing Providers to uplift individuals facing challenges such as mental health needs, substance misuse, offending backgrounds, financial hardship, and physical health conditions.

Bank Support Workers

for a

6-month period

What You'll Do

Deliver 1 hour of tailored, person-centred support per resident each week Carry out weekly wellbeing visits and monitor progress Encourage residents to develop independent living skills (budgeting, shopping, medication, etc.) Promote positive mental health and lifestyle choices Maintain clear, accurate records through our mobile/web app Liaise with managers and external professionals where needed

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience supporting vulnerable adults Comfortable using smartphones and online systems Enhanced DBS required (or willing to obtain) Self-employed status Access to a vehicle and ability to travel across Birmingham Strong communication skills, empathy, and reliability Health & Social Care Level 2 or higher (preferred) Familiarity with Supported Exempt Housing or RSL frameworks is a bonus
