We're looking for Bank Support Workers to provide person-centred care across two specialist residential services in the Bargoed area: Victoria House and Luk Ros. Whether you're an experienced carer or new to the sector, this role offers flexibility and the chance to make a real difference.

About the Homes

Victoria House

A 3-bed residential home supporting adults aged 18-64 with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Some residents present with behaviours that challenge.

Luk Ros

A fully accessible 4-bed residential bungalow supporting younger adults with physical disabilities and complex needs.

Both homes are located in the Blackwood area and are committed to high-quality, personalised support in safe, homely environments.

What You'll Do

Deliver hands-on personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting Support with meals, daily routines, and activities Provide companionship and emotional reassurance Monitor residents' health and report any concerns Work flexibly across both homes and with lone-working as required

What We're Looking For

? Caring, confident, and reliable
? Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts
? Comfortable working alone or within a small team
? Calm and adaptable with residents who have complex needs
? Previous experience welcome but not essential - full training provided
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete)
