At our Uphall service, we support vulnerable adults living in their own homes to live

their best, most independent lives.





We take a

person-centred approach

, meaning every individual has their own tailored support plan--and you'll play a key role in helping them thrive.



What You'll Be Supporting With



Every day is different, and you'll get involved in a wide range of meaningful activities, including:


Personal care Medication support Managing finances Meal prep & cooking Attending community groups Social activities & hobbies Shopping & daily living tasks

You'll be helping people build confidence, independence, and life skills--while forming positive, trusting relationships along the way.



What We're Looking For


We'd love to hear from you if you are:


Flexible, reliable, and committed ? Able to communicate clearly with people who use different communication styles Passionate about supporting others to grow and succeed A

UK driving licence holder

(the gentleman we support has a house vehicle)

When You'll Work



We provide support

Monday-Sunday

, including waking night shifts, and as a

bank/casual worker

, you'll have the freedom to pick up shifts that suit your lifestyle.



Perfect if you want flexibility, variety, or extra hours without a fixed rota.
