About the Service

Trinity is a 5 bedded residential service for adults between the age of 18 - 65 years


We support adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism.

Key Skills

Driver preferred To have completed or be working towards level two in NVQ or QCF to be registered on the social care register or be willing to register on the Social Care Wales. To support resident with their day-to-day living To take them out in the community, to take them on holidays and trips out To complete the relevant paperwork, To work within the company policies and procedures To complete all mandatory training/classroom and e-learning To be a positive role model towards the people we support To complete all the mandatory and relevant training To administer medication, you must have received the appropriate training to complete audits.

What we do!

We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider. Our homes are specialist mental health services and established, offering adults person-centred care. We carefully develop and adapt homes to meet the varying needs of adults with mental health needs. The services are carefully located within thriving communities, offering a variety of educational, recreational and social activities.


We provide a positive impact on the service experience of people with mental health difficulties who may be experiencing emotional distress. This primarily involves support using a person-centred approach. Our support workers measure outcomes specifically to an individual's needs and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool.


Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment; the disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
