Bank Support Worker - Female Driver

Location: Fairways, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11
Salary: \xc2\xa310.89 per hour + Benefits
Hours: part time , flexible

Who will you be supporting?

Fairways provides support for adults with a range of disabilities. We specialise in supporting and assisting people with various disabilities including visual impairment, autism, mental health, learning disabilities and varied physical impairments. We aim to excel as a specialist provider of quality care and support, ensuring the people we support are at the heart of everything we do at Aldershot.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks. This may include personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and transportation to appointments or activities.

Our homes each have their own welcoming and experienced team of Support Workers, Deputy\'s and Managers who will assist you in your journey and help your professional development.

About you

Although we welcome you if you\'ve been a Care Assistant, Support Worker or equivalent, experience isn\'t necessary. At SeeAbility, our values are of upmost importance to us, paired with a kind, caring and an enthusiastic approach.

You will be looking for part-time role and happy to work on a rota basis, covering a combination of mornings, evenings and weekend support.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide support with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Accompany people we support to appointments and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and provide reports as necessary
