This exciting role will include various responsibilities, such as:

Providing quality support where you will listen, discuss and plan individuals goals and ambitions. Providing person-centred support Assist with personal care that will include mealtimes and medication. Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in their everyday lives. Access to an app called Stream (formerly known as Wagestream) enabling greater control over your finances.

Westward Care provides one-to-one support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs within a residential setting.


We provide opportunities to grow, develop new skills and to explore and enjoy new and established interests.
