offering exceptional care to individuals with learning disabilities. All three homes are well-established with a "

We are seeking an enthusiastic

BANK Support Worker

to join our friendly and dynamic team.

About the Role



You'll be working in one of our three well-established Kosher residential homes, all rated Good by the CQC. These homes are more than just places to live--they're warm, welcoming communities filled with fun, laughter, and purpose.

No two days are the same! From supporting with day-to-day routines to joining residents on outings, activities, and appointments, you'll be helping each person live a happy, independent, and meaningful life.

What You'll Be Doing:



Offering personalised care and support in daily routines Helping with cooking, household tasks, and maintaining a safe, happy home Driving/accompanying residents on outings and to appointments Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing every step of the way

What You'll Need:



NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or a willingness to complete the Care Certificate with us) Great communication skills - both spoken and written A flexible, proactive attitude - able to work weekends and bank holidays Experience working with people with learning disabilities (preferred) The right to work in the UK
