Albion House is a residential service, which is located in Lewisham, London. Our home supports 23 males and females with mental health needs. We are located centrally in Lewisham, with nearby access to the high street and other community amenities.


Our team are dedicated to providing the people we care for with the greatest opportunities for independent living, through building their skills and confidence to successfully live in the community.


We want the best for the people in our care and we place great importance on positive outcomes and quality of life. We also believe that the environment in which an individual is treated is just as important as the treatment itself.

What you'll be doing





Albion House is looking to grow their Bank Support Worker Team. You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents well-being. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As Support Worker

,

you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate well-being, dignity and treatment of residents.



As a support worker you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too - our residents participate in day trips, charity events and much more!
