Priory Supported Living London and Home Counties provide

supported living services

for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community.


The support provided by our service is person-centred and specifically tailored to meet every unique need, underpinned by our philosophy that every individual has the right to live the life that they choose for themselves. We can provide support up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including 1:1 support.

What you'll be doing





we are looking for Bank Support Workers to join our service which is based in

Northolt UB5 Area.





We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide the highest standard of person-centred support and care, enabling the people who use our service to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

Support workers are key workers, and provide direct support to our service users in support them to live there best lives. Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.

You will play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their personal goals, supporting them in daily living, and empowering them to realise their potential.

What We're Looking For:



A caring and respectful approach to supporting others. Ability to work flexibly and think innovatively. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commitment to upholding professional standards, policies, and procedures. Experience in care or support work (desirable, but not essential - training provided).
