Bank Support Worker

to promote and deliver personalised care in our homes based in

Leicester

and

Milton Keynes

.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Provide care as detailed in each resident's individualised care plan using a person-centred approach Support residents to live safely within their home, maintaining and promoting independence Ensure privacy and respect in all interactions Assist residents with daily living tasks in a dignified and respectful manner Maintain a pleasant and calm atmosphere within the home Identify and meet the social, emotional, and cultural needs of residents Participate in the organisation of person-centred engagement activities Support individuals to access the community and engage in activities of their choice, including education and work placements
