Bank Support Worker
Job Description
Natures Hand are a care company who support individuals who have a learning disability or mental health diagnosis.
We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join us who would like the flexibility of working as needed for them and to help us in covering staffing vacancies, annual leave and sickness.
You will have the flexibility of accessing our rota app and picking up the shifts which suit you and are available.
There is no minimum shifts required to pick up, therefore great for students and people who have a second job or other commitments.
As an organisation we support people within Supported Living environments to live as independently as possible in their lives. We aim to have candidates who are motivated and approachable and forward thinking in wanting the best for the people we support.
The hours of work are block shifts within the same location.
We have services in Cwmbran, Newport, Pontypool and throughout Blaenau Gwent.
Drivers are desirable but not essential.
We offer onsite training and job coaching and there is always an opportunity to make your role permanent if your situation changes.
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.60-13.10 per hour

Experience:
Support Worker: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred)
