Location: Bournemouth*

Hourly Rate: 12.21 per hour*

Contract: Zero hours*

Waking Night Shifts:

9:30pm - 9:30am, seven days a week.

Day Support Worker Shifts:

Weekdays:

5:00pm - 10:00pm

Weekends:

1:00pm - 10:00pm

We're currently looking for

compassionate and dependable bank support workers

to join our dedicated team. If you're someone who brings calmness and reassurance during the quiet hours, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while providing day/overnight care and support to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients Responding to any incidents or emergencies with confidence and care Providing emotional support to clients who may be restless or anxious Carrying out routine checks and light administrative tasks Maintaining a secure and calm environment in line with safeguarding policies

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a support or care setting (desirable but not essential) A kind, empathetic, and patient nature Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure A genuine interest in addiction recovery and helping others
