The Gablesis looking to recruit a Bank Team Leader to join the team. We have 9 en-suite facilities, 3 are self-contained flats.

What you'll be doing





You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Bank Team Leader, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
Assists qualified staff with implementation of individual resident care plans undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed to facilitate the well being, dignity and treatment of all residents Provides practical support and responsive care to residents who require assistance with intimate personal needs such as dressing, bathing and toileting activities ensuring that such activities comply with procedures and the relevant healthcare legislation Observes and monitors the wellbeing of residents ensuring that any unusual physical, mental or emotional occurrences are promptly referred to senior staff/the primary nurse and documented as appropriate.

What you'll bring to the role

The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of GCSE/NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) with a good standard of English. Previous care experience is essential, preferably gained within a setting relevant to the home, ensuring the candidate is familiar with providing compassionate and person-centred support.
