To help us through busy periods and to provide cover when needed, we're building a flexible Bank Team of enthusiastic staff who can step in and support across the business.

Working Hours

This role is offered on a flexible, zero-hour basis. Shifts will be available across the following times:

Monday - Thursday:

8 am - 10pm

Friday:

8 am - 4pm

Sunday:

10 am - 5pm
Hours will vary depending on business needs, making this role ideal for someone who is looking for flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Building and preparing packaging for cupcakes and other baked goods Carefully packing orders, ensuring they are presented to our high standards and ready for dispatch Using packaging equipment safely and efficiently Supporting our TikTok team by packaging orders correctly for their content and live sales Assisting with unpacking deliveries and general stock handling Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe workspace Working quickly and accurately to meet deadlines during busy periods Supporting the wider bakery team with ad-hoc tasks

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in packing, warehouse, fulfilment, or food production is helpful but not essential Strong attention to detail to ensure every order is perfect Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy Good teamwork and communication skills Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude Physically able to carry out repetitive tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting light to moderate loads Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
