Job Description

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented and driven lawyer to join its Finance practice, focusing on Derivatives and Structured Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and high-value transactions across a broad spectrum of financial products and structures.
You will be part of a dynamic team advising a diverse client base, including major global banks, corporates, investment funds, and asset managers. The work spans:

• OTC derivatives (commodity, credit, FX, equity, fund, interest rate)
• Structured products and insurance-linked structures
• Securities financing (repo, stock lending, structured repo)
• Strategic equity transactions (margin loans, TRS facilities, synthetic products)
• Prime brokerage, clearing, custody, and collateral arrangements
• Regulatory advice (EMIR, SFTR) and distressed investment scenarios
• Structured credit, securitisation, and energy/project finance-linked derivatives
• You'll collaborate closely with other specialist teams across the firm, including tax, real estate, and international offices, to deliver integrated solutions.
