Jameson Legal is instructed on a new Banking role with a global-leading international firm in London.
The team advises on a variety of financing transactions for a broad range of clients (both lender and borrower side) and the work is mostly international and cross-border, with the majority of clients located overseas.
The suitable candidate will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor, with a minimum of two years post qualification experience from a law firm, acting for both lenders and borrowers (this experience could have been acquired working on any type of Finance, not only general Banking). The candidate will be well-versed in drafting and negotiating loan agreements, guarantees, security agreements and other forms of credit support.
