A Magic Circle firm is looking to hire an associate into their top-tier Banking & Finance team. This is an incredibly broad team working across corporate finance, leveraged finance, project finance, structured finance and real estate finance. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an established banking & finance associate who looking to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will be;

• A qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 1-4 years PQE in banking & finance in a leading law firm
• Have an excellent academic background
• Proven in working on large-scale transactions
