Banking & Finance Solicitor, NQ-2 Years PQE, Cardiff, Competitive - A new role for an ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:1271.
THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include structured finance, acquisition finance, and real estate finance
- You will act for clearing banks, institutional lenders, challenger banks, alternative financiers, corporate borrowers, and public sector clients.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, commercial, property, and construction teams.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to client relationship growth.
- Applications are sought from Banking & Finance Solicitors with up to 2 Years PQE
- You will have strong drafting and transactional skills.
- A collaborative, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
