Banking Paralegal/Real Estate Finance Paralegal
UK & International Law Firm
Salary Up To 44,000pa + Benefits + Hybrid Working

Our client, a top UK and international law firm, is actively seeking an experienced Banking Paralegal (ideally someone with Property Finance experience) to join them on a permanent basis in either London, Birmingham or Reading.
This is an exciting opportunity where you'll be given the chance to work on day-to-day Banking & Finance transactions and complex cross-border international trade projects with a range of clients.
As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Checking and proof-reading documents
- Preparing ancillary documents and forms
- Managing documents as part of the transactional process
- Onboarding arrangements for clients and preparing engagement letters
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing and managing payment instruction forms and invoices
+ much more.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have/be the following:
- Have experience working in a Banking & Finance team (or similar)
- Ideally, have experience in Property/Real Estate Finance
- Be educated to degree level (minimum 2:1 LLB)
- Be able to commute to either their London, Birmingham or Reading office at least 50% of the time
- Be comfortable working under pressure
