Banking & Finance Paralegal

Job Description
This role is for an experienced Banking Paralegal to support complex finance transactions across London, Reading, or Birmingham offices. You will work closely with senior team members on a variety of banking and property finance matters, ensuring smooth execution of deals.
You will assist the Banking & Finance team with:
- Onboarding arrangements for clients and preparing engagement letters
- Drafting and managing transactional documents and conditions precedent
- Preparing documents for completion and checking legal documentation
- Supporting the team in delivering outstanding client service
- Managing payment instruction forms and invoices, ensuring smooth workflow
- Previous experience in Banking & Finance or similar legal environment
- Property finance or real estate finance experience desirable
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail
Salary range: 30,000-44,000 (depending on experience)
Permanent position with hybrid working (50% office attendance)
Locations: London, Reading, or Birmingham
