HR Business Partner - 3-Month Contract (Onsite | City of London)
A small, personable bank based in the City of London is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension.
Location: City of London - onsite role
Day Rate: Up to 235 per day (gross) - Outside IR35
Availability: Immediate start preferred
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' core HR experience within banking or financial services, ideally in an FCA/PRA regulated environment
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
Proven experience in:
Payroll management
Talent acquisition and onboarding
Regulatory and business reporting
SMCR (Senior Managers & Certification Regime) administration and record keeping
Reviewing employee handbooks, letter templates, and HR documentation
Employee relations and HR operations
