Overview of the role:

We're working with a leading national banking team that's looking to add a junior lawyer to their Southampton office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 2 years' PQE to join a high-performing team working on a broad range of complex financing matters.

What you'll be doing:

Advising lenders and borrowers on domestic and international finance transactions Working across investment property finance, corporate acquisition finance, debt restructuring, and asset finance Handling smaller matters independently while contributing to larger deals as part of a collaborative team

What they're looking for:

NQ to 2 years' PQE with solid banking experience (either in private practice or in-house) Strong drafting and analytical skills, with a commercial mindset A team player who's keen to develop specialist expertise and build client relationships Experience in secured lending, invoice finance, or asset finance is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
