This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active and ambitious solicitor to join a busy Banking & Real Estate team in Central Cardiff
Our clients Legal 500 ranked team acts for many national and international lenders and borrowers on all of their funding requirements, from commercial property funding to large scale corporate refinancing.
You will join the Banking and Finance team in a Real Estate role, primarily reporting to banks and financial institutions in matters concerning acquisition and investment financing, refinancing, preparation of certificates/reports on title, and perfection of security at Land Registry and Companies House.
As this is a growth role, the Partner is committed to providing continued mentoring within a heavily invested team; there will be continued opportunity for progression from the onset.
The Requirements

• Experience with Real Estate finance
• High attention to deal, commercial awareness and legal acumen
• Confidence and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients
• Passion for what you do, welcoming ongoing career development opportunities
