Banking Solicitor, Leeds
Job Description
Chance for a banking solicitor to work within one of the top banking and finance units in Leeds. The role will be working with six well regarded Partners, covering a range of matters including corporate lending and security, acquisition finance, property/development finance, asset and receivables financing, renewable energy financing, contingent assets and investment products for pension funds, derivatives. You will have strong academics and be working within a recognised commercial team. You will handle your own matters as well as assist Partner s with more complex matters. Candidates in the region of 1-5 year pqe will be of most interest.
