A truly outstanding opportunity for a Banking & Finance Solicitor to join this Top 50 practice and be part of a highly regarded Banking team that works across the entirety of the UK and deal with household names & international financial institutions. This department are well known for their ability to act on complex structured transactions, particularly real estate and development financings. The team is able to act for borrowers, lenders & investors so they are capable of offering a full well rounded service to all clients and deal with high street and challenger banks, lenders and investment funds, private equity investors, asset managers, high-net worth individuals and borrowers. This team have approved panel status with 90% of the major UK banks and their expertise extends to corporate lending, leverage finance, asset finance, real estate finance and project finance

The majority of staff split their time between home & the office, usually on a 50/50 basis with scope to start & finish at a suitable time to accommodate your personal life.
