Job Description

This UK headquartered international law firm has a stellar banking practice and is seeking to recruit an associate to join its derivatives sub-group, although a broader ranger of structured and project finance work will also be available.
Ideal candidates will be in the range of 2-5pqe, with experience from another top international law firm either in London or another common law jurisdiction. The team advise on the full range of derivatives transactions and structured products, together with associated regulatory matters. They advise on OTC, exchange traded and derivatives-based securities, as well as repurchase and securities lending agreements.
You will be joining a prestigious global powerhouse, known for its expertise in the ESG, energy and financial services sectors, as well as the quality of training and supervision it offers.
