*NEW* opportunity to join a leading 'Top 100' law firm in their tier 1 ranked banking and finance team.
We are instructed by one of Cardiff's leading heavyweight law firms who are looking to recruit a banking and finance Solicitor to bolster their thriving team and to be based in central impressive offices in Cardiff.
Candidates can expect to join a team that is recognised as a leading banking and finance team in the regional market and rated highly in this practice area in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. You will find this an opportunity to join an ambitious and innovative team.
The highly ranked team advise both regionally and nationally across a wide range of sectors including sport, hospitality & leisure, renewables, healthcare, real estate and public sector.
You can expect to advise banks and financial institutions and borrowers on all areas of banking and finance including acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated finance, property investment and development finance as well as renewable energy finance.
The ideal candidate will be NQ - 2 PQE ideally gained at a similarly ranked firm. If you have experience in other areas of transactional law with a passion to specialise in banking and finance then please do still apply.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to develop their career working closely with leading senior lawyers who are truly experts in their field.
