Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused Banksman to join our team. You'll be key in guiding vehicle movements and keeping the site safe and efficient.

What you'll do:

Direct lorries and vehicles safely around site Communicate clearly with drivers and teams using hand signals and radios Keep an eye on site activities to prevent accidents Help with loading/unloading materials safely Check equipment and vehicles regularly Work closely with colleagues and contractors for smooth operations

What we're looking for:

Experience as a Banksman or similar role (construction or logistics preferred) Clear communication skills in English A valid driver's licence is a bonus Calm under pressure with a strong focus on safety Problem solver with great attention to detail Banksman or health & safety certification is a plus but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
