Summary

We are seeking a Banksman to join our team in the GB region, based in Sizewell. This role is vital in ensuring safety and efficient movement on our construction sites, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality railway infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Direct vehicle and plant movements on site to ensure safety and efficiency. Communicate effectively with crane operators, drivers, and other team members. Maintain clear signaling and communication protocols during operations. Assist in site safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations. Support the planning and coordination of lifting operations. Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety standards. Report any issues or hazards promptly to site management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Banksman or in a similar role within civil or railway construction. Strong communication skills in English. Valid driving license. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction sites. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to safety. Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
