As Banqueting Chef, you'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our banqueting kitchen, leading a talented team to deliver high-quality dishes for large-scale events. You'll work closely with our Weddings Events team to ensure every occasion runs seamlessly, maintaining the high culinary standards our guests expect.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead, motivate, and inspire the banqueting kitchen team
Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Manage food costs, stock control, and ordering
Collaborate with Events and Functions teams to ensure smooth event delivery
Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs
Uphold food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
Support Restaurant and Private dining food service where required
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience at Head Chef or Sous Chef level in a high-volume kitchen
Background in conference and banqueting service would be advantageous
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent culinary skills with creative flair and attention to detail
Confident communicator and effective team player
Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
