Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve bartending, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks and hot drinks Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food offerings. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring all guests have a positive experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or similar roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Experience in catering or restaurant settings would be advantageous but not essential.
