Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve bartending, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in accordance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during all food preparation and serving processes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standard. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Support catering events as required, helping to set up and serve food and drinks efficiently.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 11.74-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 32 per week
