Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including spirits, wines, and soft drinks, ensuring high standards of presentation. Assist in meal preparation and food preparation, adhering to food safety guidelines and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and effective communication regarding menu items and special requests. Maintain an organised bar area, including restocking supplies and managing inventory levels. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a bar or catering setting. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences for guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. A proactive approach to teamwork, demonstrating reliability and commitment to high standards of service.
