Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards and regulations.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Train and develop bar staff, providing guidance on customer service, drink preparation, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting, preferably in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of food production, hospitality, and culinary practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
