Los Nomadas is a

40-seater, family-owned Mexican latino restaurant and cocktail bar

inspired by the street food, markets, and laid-back energy of Oaxaca. We're big on flavour, generous hospitality, and a bar that people genuinely love once they discover it.

We're now looking for a

hands-on Bar & Restaurant Manager

to lead the floor, own the bar, and help us take the business to the next stage.

The Role

This is not a desk job.

You'll be:

Running services Leading from the floor Making sure the bar hums Creating a place people want to come back to
You'll work closely with the owners and kitchen, have real input, and be trusted to run the restaurant as if it were your own.

What You'll Be Doing

Running smooth, confident services (food & cocktails) Leading, training, and motivating a small FOH and bar team Owning bar standards, cocktail quality, and speed of service Creating a welcoming, relaxed guest experience Managing rotas, staffing levels, and labour Keeping an eye on stock, margins, and wastage Making the bar feel alive -- especially early evenings Helping grow repeat local trade

What We're Looking For

Experience as a

Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Bar Manager

Strong cocktail experience

-- you know your classics and can run a bar properly Confident leading a small team in a busy service A calm, positive presence on the floor Someone who enjoys independent hospitality (not corporate scripts) Organised, reliable, and commercially aware Someone who genuinely enjoys people, food, and drink
If you love hospitality but are bored of red tape, this will suit you.
