Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a member of the bar team, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns Upsell drinks and food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Assist in food preparation when necessary, adhering to proper food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Excellent guest services skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere Experience in upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction is desirable
