Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar and Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous, along with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our patrons. Responsibilities

Serve a variety of meals and beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with licensing laws and company standards Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery to guests Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required, supporting kitchen staff when necessary Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent guest service Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system and process payments securely Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the bar area

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Good organisational skills to keep the bar area clean and well-stocked A friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for guest services Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required; previous experience in serving or culinary roles is a plus
