Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Bar and Restaurant Supervisor

to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for maintaining service standards, managing staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant to ensure smooth service. Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, including bartenders, servers, and hosts. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering beverages and supplies. Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and food hygiene standards. Support the Food & Beverage Manager with stock control, cost control, and reporting. Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions. Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a bar and/or restaurant environment Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent customer service skills with a hands-on approach. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures. Personal license (desirable but not essential).
