We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Bar and Restaurant Supervisor

to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality venue. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and a passion for exceptional service.. Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service during shifts Supervise and motivate front of house staff Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory efficiently Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Organise staff rotas Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with hygiene standards Create payroll for the accountant

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques Experience in serving drinks and understanding mixology principles Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and high performance Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous but not essential Exceptional communication skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
