Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Host / Supervisor to be the face of our restaurant. This role blends front-of-house leadership with guest engagement and social media involvement. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable interacting with guests while helping promote our brand online.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Hosting

Greet guests warmly and manage reservations and waitlists Create a welcoming, upbeat first impression for all guests Engage with customers, build rapport, and ensure guest satisfaction Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Supervisory Duties

Support and supervise front-of-house staff during service Assist with staff scheduling, training, and shift coordination Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and brand presentation are met Communicate effectively with management and kitchen teams

Social Media & Brand Engagement

Assist with creating social media content (photos, videos, stories, reels) Interact with guests online and encourage social sharing Promote specials, events, and lounge nights on social platforms Represent the restaurant's image confidently both on-site and online

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience as a host, supervisor, or front-of-house lead preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor Comfortable being on camera and engaging on social media Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Leadership mindset with a passion for hospitality Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
