Bar & Restaurant Supervisor

to help lead our vibrant team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the day-to-day running of the pub and restaurant Supporting the ordering of and managing stock effectively Assisting in staff training and development Handling cashing up and end-of-day procedures Acting as a key holder and ensuring security procedures are followed Contributing to a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests Helping plan and support in-house events (experience preferred but not essential)

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, proactive attitude with strong leadership skills Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory or team leader role Organised, trustworthy, and able to handle responsibility Passionate about great service and team development Event experience is a bonus - but we provide all in-house training!
