Duties

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beers, and soft beverages, while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes are presented beautifully. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Handle cash and card transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in billing. Support catering events as required, contributing to a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a catering or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous; training will be provided for the right candidates. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A friendly demeanour with a proactive approach to helping guests enjoy their experience. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
