Alton House Hotel is a thriving 3 star privately owned hotel that is at the heart of it's community and we are looking for an enthusiastic person who wanst to join a great team.

Job description



Purpose of job:

- To assist in the preparation of food/drinks

- To deliver great customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all our customers

Responsible to: Duty manager

Duties and responsibilities:

- Serve and present food and beverages quickly and efficiently

- Assist in keeping the FOH area and facilities clean and tidy

- Recommend and upsell food and drink

- Speak and check back on customers to ensure they are satisfied with their food.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws

- To report any faults to the manager or team leader

- To carry out cleaning of the service areas and restaurant in accordance with the cleaning schedule.

- To attend training sessions when required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
