Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills to ensure correct billing. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, providing help as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest services. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is advantageous. Ability to upsell menu items effectively, enhancing the overall guest experience. Proficient time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Basic maths skills for accurate order taking and billing processes. Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
