We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Bar and Restaurant staff to join our team in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Responsibilities

Take accurate food and drink orders Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation of dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution. Process payments accurately Collaborate with all staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. A passion for providing exceptional customer services and creating memorable dining experiences.
