We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Waiters & Bartenders to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service while crafting a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons and assisting them with their drink selections. Monitor customer behaviour and consumption, ensuring responsible service of alcohol. Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Comply with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Keep track of inventory levels, assisting in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. A friendly demeanour and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. A willingness to learn about new drink recipes and techniques to enhance service quality.

Job Types: Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: 13.67-18.00 per hour
