We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar and Waiting Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a clean and welcoming bar area. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide table service for food and drinks Engage with customers, providing friendly service and assistance while taking drink orders. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when required. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Basic maths skills for cash handling and order processing. A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene practices. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour to enhance guest experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
