Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating knowledge of culinary practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain an organised workspace, including managing utensils, condiments, and other supplies.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Experience in guest services with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Knowledge of culinary techniques or kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential.
