As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring attention to detail. Provide recommendations and upselling of menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt attention.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years experience

-Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience.

-Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.

-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.

-A willingness to learn about menu items and contribute positively

to the team atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.51-12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
