Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic and experienced Bar staff/ Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions, to enhance the guest experience through effective upselling. Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while maintaining high service standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling payments and processing transactions accurately. Experience in serving or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle busy periods while maintaining quality service. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services to create a welcoming atmosphere. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
